Issues downloading new creative cloud app

This is a quick-fix that’s working for many folks who are having install issues with Lightroom CC, and luckily it’s a really easy. Here’s what to do: STEP ONE: Go to the Creative Cloud App – click on the little Gear icon in the top right corner of window and choose Preferences (as shown above). STEP TWO: Click the Sign Out button (as shown above). STEP THREE: Sign right back in and that should fix the problem.
